At Shaka Soul Surfers, we offer one-on-one adaptive surf lessons run entirely by passionate, trained volunteers. Every member of our team is CPR-certified and trained in working with individuals with special needs, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and supportive experience for every surfer and their family.

Session Structure, Pricing & Registration Information
Session Time Slots (Sundays Only)Shaka Soul Surfers offers adaptive surf therapy sessions in hourly time slots to ensure small group sizes, individualized support, and a safe, inclusive experience.
Each hourly session includes:

• Adaptive surf instruction
• Surfboard and safety equipment
• Water safety support
• Volunteer mentors
  
• 4–5 surfers maximum per hour

Available Time Slots9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Registration DetailsSurfers register for a specific hourly time slot
Time slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis
Families may register for one or multiple hourly sessions, space permitting
Small group sizing allows for personalized instruction, comfort, and safety
Weather PolicyIn the event of unsafe ocean or weather conditions, one Sunday may be designated as a make-up session.
Pricing

• Single Session:
• $65 per surfer / per hour
• Multi-Session Packages:
• 4 Sessions: $240
• 6 Sessions: $330 (Best Value)

Packages may be used across available Sundays and time slots.
Sibling & Family Discount

• 10% off each additional sibling registered together in the same session or package

Scholarships 

• Shaka Soul Surfers is committed to accessibility and inclusion. Limited scholarship spots available
• No child is turned away due to finances.

Step Up for Students & ReimbursementsShaka Soul Surfers is currently working toward becoming a Step Up for Students provider.
While approval is pending, many families have successfully requested reimbursement through their scholarship accounts. Paid invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation are available upon request.

Family-Friendly & Fully Inclusive 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

• We welcome siblings and friends! While each child gets their own one-on-one time with a trained volunteer.
  
• We make sure to include shared time for fun together when appropriate.
• Volunteers range from teens to adults, all trained and eager to support your child.
• Parent participation is optional—you’re welcome to join us in the water, stay close by, or relax and watch from the shore.
